WARRANTY
BZ Sport Cycles provides a limited warranty on our products against manufacturer defects and local workmanship. All warranty claims will be evaluated at our discretion and are final.
Warranties are non-transferable and proof of purchase is required for all claims.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BZ Sport Cycles will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels.
BZ Wheels
BZ Wheels are covered by a warranty against workmanship defects from the date of delivery for the following periods:
RIM
Carbon Rim – 24 months
Alloy Rim – 12 months
HUB
Hub Bearings – 12 months
SPOKES
12 months / 24 months / Lifetime
(varies depending on the brand)
NIPPLES
12 months / 24 months / Lifetime
(varies depending on the brand)
Crash Replacement Policy
If your wheel(s) are damaged due to an accidental crash, we are happy to offer a replacement at a reduced price, valid for up to 2 years from the original date of purchase.
Please note that under the crash replacement policy, swapping between models or sizes is not possible. We will inspect the damaged wheel(s) and provide you with a crash replacement quotation. LaboUr charges for rebuilding the wheel(s) are not covered.
Warranty does not cover:
a. Normal wear and tear
b. Misuse or abuse
c. Improper assembly or repair
d. Neglect or lack of maintenance
e. Over-inflation or under-inflation of tire pressure
f. Using the wheel(s) for purposes other than their intended use
g. Deterioration such as discoloration, fading or deformation
h. Damages due to corrosion
i. Modifications to the original wheel(s)
j. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, replacement to the wheel(s)
k. Improper handling during shipment of the wheel(s)
Note:
Any repair or replacement will be subject to the availability of parts.
For items that are repaired or replaced, the warranty will continue for the remainder of the original warranty period from the date of purchase.
Bike Components & Accessories
The warranty period varies depending on the product(s) and manufacturer(s).
The warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
