BZ Sport Cycles provides limited warranty to our products against manufacturer defects and local workmanship. All warranty claims will be at our discretion and final.
Warranties are not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Defective item(s) have to be sent to us @ 7 Gambas Crecent #09-33 Ark@Gambas Singapore 757087 at your own cost.
We recommend you opt for a trackable shipping method. BZ Sport Cycles will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel.

BZ Wheels are warrantied against manufacturer defects from the date of delivery for the period of:
RIM
Carbon Rim – 24 months
Alloy Rim – 12 months
HUB
Hub Bearings – 12 months
SPOKES
12 months / 24 months / Lifetime
(varies, depends on the brand)
NIPPLES
12 months / 24 months / Lifetime
(varies, depends on the brand)
Crash Replacement Policy
Should your wheel(s) damaged due to accidental crash, we are more than happy to offer for a replacement at a reduced price, limited to 2 years from the original date of purchase.
Under crash replacement policy, it is not possible to swap between models or sizes. We will check the damaged wheel(s) and get back to you with the crash replacement quotation. This offer does not cover any labour needed to rebuild the wheel(s).
Warranty does not cover:
a. Normal wear and tear
b. Misuse or abuse
c. Improper assembly or repair
d. Neglect or lack of maintenance
e. Over-inflation or under-inflation of tyre pressure
f. Using the wheel(s) other than its intended purpose
g. Deterioration such as discoloration, fading or deformation
h. Damages due to corrosion
i. Modifications to the original wheel(s)
j. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, replacement to the wheel(s)
k. Improper handling during shipment of the wheel(s)
Any repair or replacement shall be subject to availability of part(s).
Warranty in respect of a repaired/replaced item(s) will continue to be warranted for the remaining of the warranty period from the original date of purchase.
Bike Components & Accessories
Warranty coverage period varies, depends on the product(s) and manufacturer(s).
Warranty only cover manufacturer defects.
