Return
BZ Sport Cycles offers a 7-days return policy. In the event that you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please may opt to return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition and returned with proof of purchase.
Sale item(s) and pre-order item(s) is not eligible for exchanges.
Should you wish to return/exchange a product purchased, please contact us prior to returning the item(s).

Once you have initiated a request to return an order and is accepted by us, you may opt for any of the following return methods:
1) In-Store Return – Free of Charge. Please return to 7 Gambas Crecent #09-33 Ark@Gambas Singapore 757087
2) Courier Pickup – Shipping cost associated with the return of the product(s) will not be covered by us. You will be liable for the shipping cost from S$ 4.50 to S$ 25 (within Singapore)
We recommend you opt for a trackable shipping method. BZ Sport Cycles will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel.
A final inspection will be done to ensure that the item(s) are in its original condition before processing your returns.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.
Exchange
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
The value of exchanged item(s) cannot be lower than the original purchased item(s) amount.
Once your returns is accepted, you may opt for any of the following for us to deliver the exchanged item(s) to you:
1) In-Store Pick Up – Free of Charge. Please collect from 7 Gambas Crecent #09-33 Ark@Gambas Singapore 757087
2) Courier Delivery – Shipping cost associated with the return of the product(s) will not be covered by us. You will be liable for the shipping cost @ from S$ 4.50 to S$ 25 (within Singapore)
All exchanges are final. Exchange item(s) cannot be further returned or exchanged.
Refund
Refund policy is not applicable to counterfeit, stolen or otherwise ineligible products.
Once your returns is accepted, we will refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Refund fee will be charged based on your payment method, as followed:
1) Credit Card: 3.4% (of the total order value) + S$ 5
2) PayNow: S$ 0.50
3) Atome: –
Refund can only be remitted to a local bank account (Singapore).
