I had a great experience at BZ Sports Cycles. Gavin was incredibly patient and attentive. I told him what I was looking for, and he effortlessly guided me toward the right setup. I'll definitely be returning here for all future upgrades on my Birdy!

This is my first visit to BZ Sport Cycles. Gavin was amazing. Changed my wheels and rear suspension. Gavin checked my bike thoroughly including the hinge clamps, bolts, shifters and rear derailleur, ensuring my bike was in good condition. He gave me safe advice and helped with the bike roll issue. He even went out of the way to show me how the hinge clamp clearance was on another bike BNIB. Excellent customer and technical service. I will definitely visit him for future upgrades and bike poisons. Thank you Gavin!

A big thank you to BZ Sport Cycles! If you're into foldable bikes, this is definitely one of the best places to shop. They carry a huge range of accessories, from popular brands to premium high-end components, all at very competitive prices.

What truly sets them apart is the outstanding customer service. The boss is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. He even helped me source a rare dark grey Ridea handgrips and Ridea suspension block for my Brompton T Line, something I couldn't find anywhere else. When I discovered a tiny screw missing from my EE brake purchase, he didn't hesitate to source the replacement, mail it to me and even included a free Trigo front light adapter as a thoughtful gesture.

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just starting your foldie journey, BZ Sport Cycles will treat you with the same passion, patience, and sincerity. They'll take the time to understand your needs, guide you through the options, and help you build a bike you'll truly enjoy. More than just a bike shop, it's a place where you'll always feel welcomed. Highly recommended! 🙌🚴

First time at BZ Sport Cycles and was warmly welcomed by Gavin. Really appreciated his honest advice, instead of pushing upgrades, he suggested I enjoy the bike first after changing to better tires and not modify it on impulse.

It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely puts the customer's interests first. Great service and valuable advice. Since I stay nearby, I'll definitely be back and become a regular customer!

From the very first engagement, the experience was excellent. I bought a new bicycle here and also had my bike serviced, and both experiences were top-notch. Gavin, the owner, is incredibly passionate, and you can clearly see that passion driving his business. He’s highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely knows what he’s doing. He takes the time to explain things properly and, most importantly, doesn’t change unnecessary parts during servicing only what actually needs attention. Honest, professional, and reliable bike service you can truly trust. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure purchasing my first trifold bike, the Neo 3 in matte orange “Baby-G”,from BZ Sports Cycles.

Special thanks to Gavin for arranging the delivery and patiently showing me how to fold and unfold the bike. The entire process was smooth, friendly, and professional.

carry a wide range of Brompton components, plus a lot of upgrade options also.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a bike whether it’s Birdy, Brompton, MV, or gravel bikes etc.

Will purchase again in future

Very friendly and cheerful boss Gavin. Provided me very good advice on bicycle performance and maintenance. Very happy with the new Onyx wheelset, easy rolling, super smooth and quiet. Many thanks to boss Gavin for his excellent work.
