Pleasant shopping experience, and one of the honest bicycle shops in Singapore. I initially put down a deposit for one of his customer's consigned bicycles.
When I went down to see it in person. I checked and informed Gavin that the pedals don't match the listing. He refunded my deposit (and updated the listing) - no questions asked.
